The daughter of the late ‘Aziz Bayg gives power of attorney to pay all of ‘Aziz Bayg's definite debts and resolve other debts through settlements to her uncle, Ja‘far Khan. Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.

Settlement between ‘Ali Akbar Khan (Salar As‘ad), on behalf of his underage children, Zayn al-‘Abidin, Ibrahim, and ‘Isa, and Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri over properties that Gawhar Khanum (daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah) had transferred to them in exchange for one hundred dinars. The properties included one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir, a house-garden and its water usage in Mahan, and a house named Khalvat in Kirman. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.

After the death of Narjis Khatun, daughter of Mir Muhsin Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Usku, her inheritors were her mother, Asiyah Khanum; her husband, Haji Sayyid Riza; and her three children, Aminah Khatun, Mir Abu al-Hasan, and Sayyid Husayn. Haji Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, with the power of attorney from his mother, Asiyah Khanum, settles her share of inheritance with Haji Sayyid Muhammad, who has the power of attorney from his brother, Haji Sayyid Riza, father and guardian of Narjis Khatun's three underage children, in exchange for three thousand seven hundred tumans.
